A macadamia dream
Back in 2009, enjoying macadamia nuts was quite the challenge, as each packet came with its own tool for cracking them open. People took this in their stride, given that macadamias are famously tough nuts to crack. However, our visionary CEO and founder, Hoan Bui — who comes from Lam Ha, a region dotted with small macadamia farms — began to question: “Is there any better way to open and enjoy these delicious nuts?”.
This question is the very first beginning of TBK Green Food’s journey.
Over the past 15 years, we have pioneered the hand-opened technology for macadamias, ensuring that every nut is opened with care and precision. Not just that, we are also indeed the first pioneering manufacturer to implement Blade-cut technology.
