Situated in the rural Lam Dong Highlands, our factory was established in 2009, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards fostering economic growth and community development. We chose to name it “Queens Factory” with the intention of embodying our core values, which are deeply rooted in a commitment to empowering women in Lam Ha Village. This name not only reflects our mission but also serves as a symbol of strength and resilience for the women we aim to uplift.
Today, Queens Factory stands as more than just a manufacturing facility; it is a family-friendly workplace that provides employment opportunities for over 100 local villagers. The workforce is predominantly composed of young women and middle-aged housewives, many of whom have found a sense of purpose and independence through their roles at the factory.
